Well, tomorrow is the day of the MDA Lock-up and I agreed to be one of the 'Jail Birds', so around 11 am I will be 'arrested' and taken to the Shallotte Comfort Inn 'Jail'. While there is nothing cute about being arrested even when it is 'pretend', this is a very good cause and people have been very generous. I will have a final tally after the lock-up tomorrow and will share that soon.
On the real estate scene, it seems that showings have picked up quite a bit over the last 2-3 weeks and we certainly hope this means that Spring brings lots of serious Buyers. We have the inventory and lenders are trying to get back on track so all factors are leading towards the development of some contracts soon in the Holden Beach, NC area.
